The October 2022 security patch, rather than the November 2022 security patch, is still present in the new software. You should utilize a Wi-Fi network to get the update because it has a download size of about 2GB.

European owners of the Galaxy A33 5G can download and install the Android 13 update, By going to Settings » Software update and selecting Download and install.

The One UI 5.0 upgrade for Android 13 introduces a new UI style with stacked widgets, a larger Color Palette capability, and significantly larger notifications area icons.
